My favorite mix so far
This is my favorite gluten free pizza mix so far. I prefer thinner crusts (almost the cracker crisp type crust) but I'll probably never achieve that with gluten free pizza. This is the closest thing I've found however. I had to experiment a bit to get it right. This mix makes TWO pizzas and I use a very large 14" pan (actually closer to 16 inches when you include the edges which curve upwards.) If you were using a much smaller pizza pan you might get 3 pizzas out of the mix.
I do the mix exactly as per the instructions let it rise the recommended 30 minutes THEN I divide the dough into two equal parts. One part I usually save and refrigerate (in a bowl and topped tightly with either foil or saran wrap) and I've used it up to two or three days later with perfect results. Then the other half I'll use the day I make it since I usually only want to do one at a time. After the dough has risen (it only seems to rise slightly) I grease the pizza pan using Crisco...my preference and I like the results better. I don't roll it out. Rather I put the blob of dough in the center and use my hands to punch it down and push it outwards around the pan bit by bit. So my hands don't stick to the dough too much I use a gluten free flour mix such as the Amy's baking mix on my hands as much as needed so probably a bit of this will get worked in as I spread the dough out in the pan. The dough would be impossible to roll out in my opinion or at least I don't want to mess with it due to the relative stickiness of the dough. After the dough is all evenly spread thru the pan and with a bit of an edge I poke some fork holes around the bottom here and there. Then I bake the bare crust for about 10 to 12 minutes in the oven at 425...it will be faintly starting to brown at this point. This pre-cooking is important for gluten free crusts! Remove from oven let it cool about 5 minutes then put on your desired toppings. With everything on it goes back into the oven for less than 10 minutes...just to heat everything up and melt the cheese basically. The crust will brown a bit more in the process.
Even done in such a large pan the crust isn't as thin as you'd expect but you avoid the soggy bottom so common to GF crusts. My whole family loves this pizza and the wheat eaters of the family don't really notice or care about the difference in the crust. The taste is quite nice it has that usual yeast flavor of a wheat crust and there are no weird rice flour tastes at all. If anything it's somewhat bland but that's probably a good thing for a gluten free crust.

Simply the Best Stevia Product!!!
I've used this product for quite a few years after trying MANY other brands and forms and still find this to be the absolute best stevia product--hands down! I don't know what we would do without this product. We use it every day all day for coffee tea sweetening yogurt fruit etc. All our family members like it too. One bottle lasts for over two months usually three. It has no aftertaste a few drops is all it takes and finally we've been able to almost eliminate sugars from our diet without "suffering". There are 2880 drops in a 4 oz or 120ml bottle according to the manufacturer. We love it!
UPDATE: Received new shipment and bottle label has changed. Now states there are approx. 600 servings per bottle at 5-8 drops per serving or to taste. Last few bottles seemed slightly weaker but still the best of all the other brands by far. We still love it!

This is great stuff
I received this mix along with a waffle maker as a gift. It's so good that I keep buying this same brand mix when I run out.
I cut the Farmhouse Waffles recipe in half (so that's 1 cup Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix; 1 egg; 5/8 cup water; 2 tablespoon melted butter) and it's more than enough batter for 2 waffles in a full-size Belgian waffle maker.
Easy to make and very tasty.

Lowers Blood sugars
I bought the Navitas Naturals Chia seeds. They are great. I put them in a shaker bottle. I use them on sweet potatoes in salads and coleslaw and just learned that they can replace half of the fat in baking. At first I didn't know if it was lowering my blood glucose or if it was something else but I confirmed it the other day. I had stopped using the seeds and my morning blood glucose shot up to the 140's. I decided to start using the seeds again and within a few days my blood sugars dropped to the 120's and the only thing I changed in my diet was the addition of chia seeds. I love them. I haven't made the gel yet I have only used them raw and they are like eating poppy seeds which I love. Hope this will help other diabetics. Navitas is a quality product and is very reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to buy them.

The best tasting waffle mix that you can buy.
I first heard about Golden Malted Waffle mix here on Amazon when I was searching for a new waffle maker and saw that on pratically every maker this mix was recommended. After reading up on the mix and finding out that it is the same mix served at various hotels across the country I decided to give it a try. I have to tell you that this is the best waffle mix I have ever had. From the moment you open the first canister and you get that malt smeel hits your nose you know that this is going to be good. The flavor is great and it is not an overly sweet batter which makes it good for both breakfast and for using for dessert waffles with ice cream and fruit. Also I recommend using milk in place of the water when making the waffle batter. It makes for a much better waffle. So if you are on the fence about trying this mix do yourself a favor and order. You will not be disappointed.

Sugarworks Grade B Maple Syrup
Delicious! Amazon is the only place I've been able to find grade B maple syrup in reasonably small containers. It has considerably more intense maple flavor than grade A. The usual assumption is that grade A is better than grade B but unlike eggs or meat the grade refers to when the syrup is harvested grade B being the more intensely flavored. Makes pancakes and waffles worth getting up for!

Excellent flavor made in the USA!
Torani Sugar-Free syrups are some of the best in the business. This makes an excellent flavor addition to both smoothies and coffee and it tastes just like the full sugar versions. What makes it even easier to use is Torani and Davinci syrup pump. According to my favorite barista at Starbucks a venti takes 5-6 squirts although I think I normally use only a couple of squirts to obtain the perfect flavor for my smaller cups of coffee made at home. Amazon grocery currently sells 3 flavors of Torani Sugar Free syrups Torani Sugar-Free Syrup Caramel 25.4-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 3) Torani Sugar-Free Syrup Hazelnut 25.4-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 3) and this syrup. Since Torani currently makes 27 different Sugar Free flavors it would be nice if through Amazon they would offer a combo pack of 4 flavors or just make more flavors available on Amazon. I really enjoy this syrup and have tried other brands but always come back to Torani. I was pleased to see this available as a auto-ship item at Amazon and will be buying many more bottles through the Subscribe & Save program.
I would love to see Peppermint Vanilla Bean and Irish Cream flavors added. These also make excellent Italian sodas and dozens of drink recipes can be found at the Torani web site.
Update: I'm pleased to see that Amazon has added 3 new sugar free flavors:
Torani Sugar Free Raspberry 25.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)
Torani Sugar Free Chocolate 25.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)
Torani Sugar Free Irish Cr¿me 25.4-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)
Great price too! Better than my grocer.

Figures Don't Lie But Liars Figure (Reprise)
[Note: This review has been attached to another Splenda product and some have found it to be helpful so I'm reposting it on this product.]
Don't get me wrong -- I'm not some nut job who thinks this stuff will give you cancer. I'm just really miffed at the fact that Splenda has plenty of carbohydrates in it -- 24 grams per cup!! They get away with this by setting their serving size to 1 tsp which is 0.5g. Would you believe that in one half gram of product there is less than one gram of carbohydrate!? No way!!
The sweetener sucralose is not a carbohydrate but since it's 600x as sweet as sugar they need to bulk it up to make it measure like sugar. But all the maltodextrin they use for filler is carbohydrates.
This could really screw up somebody on Atkins' Induction phase. For example the day before I learned this I made some Kool-Aid with Splenda. I didn't know that in 2 quarts I was drinking down 24 carbs!
What to do? Find somebody online who sells liquid sucralose. They use water as the filler it's super-concentrated still and it truly has 0 carbs. I look forward to the day when McNeil Nutritionals meets the demand for ZERO-carb Splenda. (That's 0.0g not 0.49g!)
[The liquid sucralose I currently use is Sweetzfree and I also had good experience with ZCS.]

Great bread...even better pizza crust!
We've been using this bread mix for about a year as it's the best gluten-free bread mix I've found. I usually make the sweet bread and it's very good although it would make a great savory bread with herbs as well. I didn't even think to try to make pizza crust with it as we were using a mix specifically for pizza crust from another popular gluten-free brand which I didn't really like (too light and thick like a deep dish but without flavor). I just tried Pamela's bread mix for pizza crust and it was amazing. Not too thick and a bit chewy just like "real" pizza crust. I did add the italian spices which are optional but suggested in the directions and it was wonderful. The first decent pizza we've had since we've been gluten-free!
